In late 1992, a Hip-Hop loving college radio DJ and graphic design student created Informer magazine to spread his love for the culture in a graphical and editorial format. Now spelled 'N4MR' (Informer ), the publication soon became one of the few but prominent voices of the Hip-Hop culture in Northern California.
